Once you complete a couple of jobs to earn some cash you can purchase property if you would like. Mafia Wars help on how to buy properties:

1) Click on the Property tab at the top of the Mafia Wars screen. Once on that screen you will see a list of different properties that you can purchase. The first list is undeveloped space that you can buy. In order to purchase actual properties you will need to purchase undeveloped space to place them on. Undeveloped properties do have some benefit on their own, they bring in small amounts of money and other players can’t attack/rob these locations.

2) Once you have purchased your undeveloped space you can scroll down the list and see properties that you can purchase to put on your lots. Each property requires a different type of undeveloped space to build on but you can find out this information by simply reading through each property. Make sure you have the undeveloped space and enough money before you try to purchase each property.

3) Each Mafia Wars property will earn you different amounts of money every so often. You can keep purchasing different properties and allow your money to build.

Mafia Wars help On How To Not Get Robbed

So you don’t want to get robbed, or you have already been robbed. If you have already been robbed you are probably getting very frustrated about having to pay for all the repairs being robbed costs you. If you choose not repair them right away for whatever reason you are making less money on them, until you repair them. Here are 6 step to follow on Mafia Wars how to not get robbed.

1) Make sure your mafia size is at least equal to your level. The number of mafia members you have can actually help you not get robbed. If you are on level 60 then you should have at least 60 members in your mafia. If you have less mafia members then your current level you are putting a target on your back.

2) Make sure your mafia is prepared. You and your mafia members are only as strong as the armor and weapons you give them. You better make sure that your mafia members have good armor, weapons and vehicles to use. You shouldn’t be buying properties if you don’t have money to fully equip your mafia since you won’t be able to protect your investment.

3) Level Up. A lot of people want to level up to get more points in their defense or get more mafia members. But another solid reason that is often over looked is to level up early so that your properties get attacked less. This is because players at higher level do not rob as often, if at all as players from lower levels. Robbing is not worth the stamina you lose, you want to get the most out of your stamina. You get more experience with fighting. You also get a chance to get the best weapons, job items and vehicles that players at higher levels need. For example “Boss” jobs have way better pay outs then robbing a casino. Again make sure you are able to keep your mafia size equal to your level. If you can’t do this only buy Mafia Mike’s property until you get up to approximately level 150. Remember players in lower levels rob a lot more than players in higher levels.

4) Don’t Rob. Higher level players usually only rob to seek revenge and to make sure other players learn their lesson not to mess with them. So therefore, don’t get on another players bad side and you are less likely to get robbed yourself.

5) Fight and Win. Other players can’t see your defense ratings so this is not going to be a deterrent. You have to build up an awesome win to loss ratio on fights. You are not going to rob someone if you know that they have won 12 000 fights and only lost 2000. If someone has lost a lot more than they have won then they are an easy target.

1) Before you log out of your Mafia Wars account, make sure that any excess cash you have in your account is deposited into the bank. I know what you are thinking that paying 10% to the bank is outrageous but it’s much better than losing your money to other players. If you leave your money unguarded you are likely to get robbed and lose it all.

2) Scan through your job list and look over the most profitable and rewarding jobs first. Of course you will have to do all the jobs to level up to rise from the street thug to boss but this will allow you to build your property income faster

3) It is good to fight, work on the hit list for extra bonus cash and rob often. Spend all your stamina points at every chance to keep your earnings growing. This tip is not for everyone as there are some things to consider when playing this way. For example people will probably seek revenge on you for this kind of activity which can sometimes cause more problems then it’s worth when you are first starting out in Mafia Wars

Here are 3 different methods to get energy

1) The Skill Points. Each time you level up you will receive 5 skill points. You can use these points to improve your character. A lot of players add these points to their attack, health and defense. But it is a excellent idea to start increasing your energy points with the skill points, this will allow you to be more productive. You will be able to master more jobs and receive other rewards items.

2) Godfather points . Godfather points are very valuable. It is a good idea to use these Godfather points to refill your energy.

3) Energy Packs. You receive a energy pack everyday you can use this to refill your energy and boost it by another 25%. Only use your energy pack when almost all of your energy is depleted because this will allow you to get the most out of your energy pack.
